My story doesn't begin with data science or a business plan. It begins where all the best stories in education do: in the classroom. I was a physics and math teacher, and for me, teaching has always been about passion.

I loved the energy, the curiosity, and the magic moment when a student finally ‘got it.’ But alongside that joy, there was frustration. It wasn’t that I disliked hard work. That gap, between knowing what my students needed and being able to deliver it, became my obsession. I dedicated my academic research to this single problem: how could AI be used to genuinely assist teachers to decrease their workload and enable a more personalised, deeper learning experience for every student? This comprehensive research led our team directly to a technological breakthrough and the filing of our UK patent.

And that is how My Smart Teach was born: a platform built to finally close that gap, helping every teacher to do what they do best.
